Backorders
You Do It and Save Pest Control makes every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. If any of the items you have ordered are not available for immediate shipment, your order may be divided into multiple shipments, as we will ship products that are in stock. You will be notified by telephone or email of the estimated release date. Charges for back-ordered items will not be applied to your credit card until we actually ship them to you. There is no need to re-order.
Returns
- Returns may be made within 15 days of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, UDoItandSave.com (Xterm Pest Management) reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- A credit refund will be given upon return of items, less shipping cost we incurred if the product was shipped free to you.
- We deduct our shipping cost(for free shipping) incurred and a 10% restocking fee.
- Please call us during our business hours if you have any questions about products or product usage as returns may be costly.
- We recommend sending returns to us by USPS, UPS or insured receipt for your protection. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
- Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
